Returns

The following conditions are not intended to affect or jeopardise your statutory rights. Our returns policy is in full compliance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979. By using www.redhatnoknickers.co.uk you consent to our terms and conditions.

1. We make sure that all our clothing meets our customers high expectations.

2. We do this by hand picking everything that is sold on our site ensuring you of the highest quality.

3. As the clothing is vintage there may be small flaws, if so we will do our best to describe them as best we can in the product descriptions.

4. We also aim to give accurate descriptions of the sizes of every item.

5. We therefore do not offer refunds to customers simply because they have decided they don’t want them.

Returns Procedure

1. If customers for any reason are unhappy please do email us informing us you would like a credit note or refund along with the reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Customers are offered a credit note or refund by emailing us within 7 days once receiving their item.

3. Customers must complete the below refund form informing us you would like a refund.

5. We will confirm receipt of the refund form and respond with a refund postal address.

6. Return your item to the address provided.

7. We reserve the right to retain from giving a refund if returned after the 7th day.

8. Clothing must be retuned in the condition it was sent.

9. The clothing must return unworn, unwashed and unmarked.

10. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in returns being unprocessed.

11. It is the customers responsibility that garments reach us, we do not refund postage costs.
